requires interviewing you the songwriter to determine your
inspired thoughts and feelings while writing the song. This
way we can produce original music in the tempo, key and
style you’ve always dreamed of.

COPYWRITING Your Original Material:
First of all,
DO NOT
sing or
perform your original song “live” anywhere for any reason in
public……because it can be ripped off!
BE CAREFUL!
Just wait to
record a professional version with our studio so that you will be
protected. We will furnish you with the necessary forms to
officially and legally file your song with the
Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. Their fee is
$45 per registered work. Compilations are also accepted.
It is also best to mail your song package
CERTIFIED MAIL
for a receipt.
MECHANICAL LICENSING:
This is where you allow another
Artist/Vocalist to sing/perform/record your original song
via a legal contract known as a Mechanical Licensing
Agreement. The Artist has up to one year to record
your song, or you have the legal right to re-license your
song material to another Artist. You are not selling your
song, but you are giving express written consent for only
ONE person to perform your original work. The songwriter
receives $100 - $300 up front for using their song, as well
as a percentage of all CD sales for life. More is paid if a
finished soundtrack is already produced and recorded ready
for an Artist’s album. We also list songs for Songwriter’s
upon written request and approval via our music contacts.
